Customs responsibility
Customs, duties, and declarations remain the customer's and transport company's responsibility across the Kosovo–Switzerland border.
Transport responsibility
Transportoj facilitates discovery, quotes, and tracking. The transport company is legally responsible for the goods it accepts.
Disputes and reports during beta
During the closed beta, the Transportoj team reviews reports manually and works with both parties to resolve issues.
